Championships held at Tenby sailing Club during 2003



World Laser Qualifier and Radial Grand Prix.

Saturday 10th May and Sunday 11th May 2003.

93 lasers came to this event in May for their World Championship qualifier event.
The No.1 in the world, Paul Goodison, came and won the event.
A Welshman came a close second.


Scorpion Dinghy National Championships.

Saturday 26th July to Friday 1st August 2003.

Scorpions first came to the club in 1981 with 130 boats.
The computer program used for the results had a bug, and the final results were delayed.
The Scorpions also came in 1991 with more than 80 boats.
60 boats are expected this year.
Tenby Sailing Club are always looking for helpers on the water, off water, in the kitchens, etc.
