Junior Sailing and Sail Training

The season starts with a rigging session and boat check
on Wednesday 18th April at 6.30 p.m.

Juniors and parents welcome

An enrolment session will be held on Wednesday April 25th commencing at 7.00 p.m. Plans for the season will be discussed. Some tractor training will also be available for members intending to help out this summer.

The first sail training on the water will be on Wednesday 2nd May followed by the first barbecue of the season. This is not to be missed!

We are hoping that all local juniors will take advantage of this event at the club.
Juniors from all over West Wales will be coming but there are races for everyone:

beginners to experienced

Starts at 10.30 a.m.    Turn up at 9.00 a.m. for registration and briefing.    Galley open.



Open Day

Saturday 5th May 2007


Osprey Manufacturer Hartleys
will be demonstrating their craft
to aspiring Osprey Sailors.

There are now 5 Ospreys at the Club.

Barbecue at 19.00 hrs
     

Open Meeting for Dinghies

Sunday 6th May
at Tenby Sailing Club

3 Races starting at 12.30 p.m.     Entry fee £15.00
Toppers, Teras & Optimists £5 for the event.

Club Bar

This will be open every Friday and Saturday from 7.30 p.m.
Also Sunday lunchtimes after sailing


The bar will be open every evening from Spring Bank Holiday to early September.
Also weekends at lunch time in this period



Barbecue every Wednesday evening after racing
commencing early May


There will be food most Friday and Saturday evenings.

Blues Jam Sessions at the Club

These are held once a month normally on Wednesdays.

Membership Drive

        To attempt to boost membership numbers the AGM decided on a £20.00 discount to entice new members. Also spouses & partners are now only £5.00 so the whole family can join in.

There never has been a better time to join.

        The Clubhouse is better than ever, there is a training programme expanding year by year and there are now over 20 club boats with a range of types suitable for both adults and juniors.

Regular social programme throughout the year.

Please help our efforts by spreading the word and recruiting more members.
