   The Bar is open every Friday & Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime after sailing.

Menu choices are as follows:


Starters

     1 Smoked Salmon Mouse with asparagus and lemon dressing.
     2 Roast pumpkin soup with chilli, black bean and coriander.
     3 Lobster bisque with fresh cream and chives.
     4 Fanned honey dew melon with Malibu, pineapple, passion fruit and mint salsa.
     5 Saute prawns and chicken julienne with lime, sesame seeds and rocket salad.

Main course

     A Fillet of Welsh beef with bordelaise sauce & sweet peppers and savoury rice.
     B Rack of Cresselly lamb infused with mint, lemon & served with redcurrant & honey jus.
     C Roast Pembrokeshire turkey with bacon, chipolata rolls, chestnut & cranberry seasoning.
     D Fillet of Carmarthen Bay turbot with fennel and red onion sabayon.
     E Pantysgawn goats cheese risotto with leek, tomato and almond crumble.
     F Spinach, mushroom and artichoke en croute.

Dessert

     6 Lemon and lime mousse pots with chocolate spirals.
     7 Pears poached in red wine with zested orange and grand marnier syrup.
     8 Mascarpone, coffee and hazelnut praline gateau.
     9 Christmas pudding with brandy butter.

Fresh filter coffee
Homemade mince pies and after dinner mints

HM Coastguard and RNLI Sea Safety Department

A talk on GMDSS/DSC Radio including hands-on practice.
Life jackets, flares and general safety equipment will be discussed.
If you go boating you should make an effort to attend.
Starts 7.00 p.m. Saturday January 29th at Tenby S.C.
