Starters
1 Smoked salmon timbales with crab mouse and cucumber ribbons.
2 Cream of leek and sweet potato soup with crème fraiche and fresh chives.
3 Chicken liver & chestnut pate tartlets with a crisp salad and cranberry compote.
4 Mango, melon and pineapple salad with passion fruit coulis.
Main course
A Sirloin of Welsh black beef with a perl-las cheese & herb crumble, served with horseradish filled Yorkshire puddings and a red wine sauce.
B Pan fried noisettes of Welsh lamb with a mushroom, shallot & white wine sauce.
C Roast Pembrokeshire turkey with orange & rosemary seasoning, bacon wrapped chipolatas and a rich turkey gravy.
D Seared sea bass fillet on a bed of spinach and red pepper cous cous and finished with bearnaise sauce.
E Globe artichoke & wild mushroom mille-feuille with a tomato and basil sauce.
All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables.

5 Chocolate orange and almond torte.
6 Lemon and lime mascarpone cheesecake.
7 Fourcroft sherry trifle with amaretti biscuits.
8 Plum pudding with brandy butter or rum sauce.

Wednesday Sailing
The Wednesday evening sailing, training & barbecue have been particularly successful this year.
Many thanks to all the many helpers.
A number of juniors have gained Stages 1,2,3 and 4 of the junior RYA scene as a result.
(with help from PWS and a fine subsidy from the Welsh Assembly)

This continues this winter at Pembrokeshire Watersports.
