Tenby Sailing Club Race Results.

Friday 18th April 2003

          GP14 is away this week, so this is Redwing reporting.

          All the boats in the harbour car park will be lifted in ready for the Easter weekend so the season will be off to an early start.

          Unfortunately, strong south-easterly winds prevented sailing on Sunday, but the weather looks promising for next weekend when we stage an open meeting for dinghies. First start 11 am on Saturday. Racing Saturday and Sunday.

          Please note, the first BBQ of the season will be on Saturday evening.

          Just a brief reminder of forthcoming events:

          Carvery - Saturday, May 3.

          World Laser qualifier - May 10/11. Around 150 boats are expected. Offers of help are always welcome.

          Race training and junior sailing will be taking place every Wednesday evening, with a BBQ afterwards.

          Free 'come and try' sessions - May 14-17. Please telephone (01834) 842535 if you would like to join in. Open to members and non-members.
