Tenby Sailing Club Social Events.

          The new sailing season looms. The fixture card is imminent and will be included with the newsletter which is planned for distribution soon. Watch this space.

          The steak evening came up to expectations. A superb turnout was treated to superbly cooked steaks accompanied by 'real chips' and all the trimmings. Many thanks to chef, Terry Evans, whose prowess in the culinary department is legendary.

          Tomorrow (Saturday) evening, Mike Stace and Deanna Morton are putting on the eagerly awaited 'Soup Frenzy' when members and friends can enjoy soup with a global theme.

          Last year's extravaganza was extraordinary with all present. unanimous that the soups prepared were from the top drawer. So why not join us and enjoy the fruits of Mike and Deanna's' sojourn. They look forward to feeding you - proceedings begin at 8 p.m.

          No darts this evening, but there is the obligatory practice, especially for members of the team who find doubles difficult. Captain, Terry Evans, expects!

          The next game is next week, when we are at home to the Crown Inn, Penally.
