Welfare Policy

At Tenby Sailing Club, we prioritize safety and fun for everyone involved. We firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and we expect our members to exhibit these values towards others as well. If you or someone you know is experiencing any concerns related to their treatment by another member or adult, we encourage you to speak up and seek support.

Our club has designated individuals who are trained to handle these types of situations in a confidential and sensitive manner. Whether you are a young person or an adult, you can speak with our designated safeguarding officer or other members of our committee to share your concerns and receive the appropriate support. We take all complaints seriously and will work to address them promptly and effectively.
