Membership

Membership at Tenby Sailing Club provides a range of benefits, including access to our extensive calendar of adult and junior sailing, opportunities for ongoing skills development at heavily subsidized rates, and use of our club boats during club sailing or events, which include Lasers, Optimists, Fevas, Toppers, and Teras.

Members also have access to our storage facilities, including dinghy park, store 8, and kayak storage, all conveniently based on the harbour. Eligible members can apply for a permit for parking on the harbour via PCC, and all members receive discounted drinks in the Clubhouse all year round.

In addition, membership provides access to our social events throughout the year, making it a great way to get involved in the sailing community and meet like-minded individuals. Membership is open to anyone, subject to committee approval, whether you are a cruiser or dinghy sailor, power boater, or simply wish to join in on the club’s social events.

New members do not need to pay any additional joining fee. However, if you also want to use the Dinghy Park, please send a completed Dinghy Berth Form along with your application.

The club reviews all applications at their monthly committee meeting. Membership is valid from January 1st to December 31st of the same year. If you join after September 1st, your membership will be valid until December 31st of the following year.

2024 Renewals

In order to make the membership renewal process as easy as possible, Tenby Sailing Club offers two options for renewing your membership at the 2024 rates: online or via bacs.

If your information has not changed since 2023, all you need to do is use your membership ID and full name as the payment reference when paying via bacs.

However, if your information has changed, you will need to fill out a 2024 membership form via the online application page. Renewals will begin on the 27th of November 2023, so make sure to renew your membership in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted access to all of the club's great facilities and events.
